From no Confidence to high level confidence. I want to take this moment to say thank you to MacD the founder of fitness icon SA. I started a year ago with no dancing skills and today I can confidently say I can dance. Every week I attend their classes at one of the Planet fitness sites and the classes are exceptional high on energy, sweat and little tears. (From I can’t do this to I can). Can’t wait for what is new and exciting this year. Lots of love to the team.

Fitness Icon has been nothing but good to me- I have been training with MacD for the past 4 years and not only did my body benefit from it but also my mental health. The team is so kind and awesome to work with- they are adaptable and make working out fun for everyone. I highly recommend training with Fitness Icon or hiring the team for functions- it’s a great way to get moving and spread smiles across people’s faces.
