I joined a class with MacD today, after a very long time of not dancing, 24 years to be precise. He was very articulate, patient and wow he revived my love 💓 for dancing again.

He will certainly be seeing me again at Planet Fitness Castle Gate.

Theee Best Physical training program ever. Very commited trainers, loving and enjoying what they do.I have been with them for less than a year, but I see drastic changes in my body composition and lifestyle. Their classes/programs are structured in an easy to adapt way. Very friendly instructors, now and then during class they will give you advice on good eating habits to help achieve your desired body goals. The Cardio Dance classes, taught me how to dance, now I have confidence when I got out to social events.

Lots of fun, you even forget that you are in a fitness club. It is such a lovely escape and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who is struggling to commit to training. The dance classes will have you wanting to come back for more 🙂
